A series of workshops organized as a cooperative game. They focus on the development of Creativity, Decision-making, Shared Responsibility and Team Management skills

The sessions promote resilience to the impacts of big changes: social changes, organizational changes or personal ones. Working as an «event simulator», it builds up a more mindful and sharp sensitivity towards the world: it stimulates the ability to recognize habits, so that one can, when necessary, find alternative paths and ways to solve problems.

The «players» develop a hands-on work that allows the identification and experimentation of individual decision-making patterns and the debate about the effects of those patterns.
